Your Initial visit at A New Life Pain Management of Florida

For your initial visit you will need to be at least 25 years old.  You must also have a Florida ID with a permanent address within 60 miles of the clinic and a MRI that is no older than 24 months and is abnormal. Other things that would be helpful for the doctor would be your prescription printouts, surgical papers, ct scans, or any other information related to your injury. Generally the initial visit will last 30-45 minutes and will consist of a 10 panel drug test and full examination by a A New Life Pain Management physician.

Your follow up visit at Ft. Myers Florida Pain Management

If a Ft. Myers Pain Management doctor elects medication management therapy for you it will consist of you coming in every 28 days to do a follow up visit that will take approximately 15 to 20 minutes. In this follow up visit all new and past treatment modalities will be discussed and your treatment plan may or may not be altered to meet the final goal of reducing your pain as much as possible.
